I know not everyone has orange hair, but it looks good paired with the blue.
I love blue, I think I use it a little too much... but it's such a refreshing color.

Big Brother

So this "Eye Saw That" phrase and idea
popped into my head, and I couldn't not create it.
People are loving the all seeing eye right now, i don't know why.
Do they just think it looks cool?
I'm thinking so, and id feel the same way
if I didnt associate it with other things.
You can call me a kook,
but I gave the little all seeing eye a monster look because
I think it is a monster!

I need to re-work the lettering.
With the word "that" being larger then the rest, it gets wrongly emphesized.

Aw, man... hate when that happens.

I love to fly a kite, mainly because it brings back good memories.
There's a huge field within a short walking distance from my home.
So when I was a kid my mom & I would pack up a picnic basket
& a couple of kites.
We'd spend an hour or two having a blast.
Good times...

I think she's gonna kick butt in New York!
Honestly, out of the top renown designers of the world
Janée is one of the best.
I would say this even if she wasn't my sister.
She doesn't promote herself so nobody knows about her,
but she is a genius when it comes to graphic design and illustration.
In other words, I have yet to see another designer better then her.

I have no clue if they're going to use it or not, we'll see.
Not because it's not good, more because of timing.

I think it's a good reminder that we're all winners in life,
unless your life is hell on earth.

Few things...
• When we were walking silly around Chi-Town people were pointing and laughing...
We did it anyway so the video would be more entertaining, that's dedication!
• Tis true, I like to sleep in the back of the car with things covering my head.
• Finally saw that blasted meteor (pun intended)
• High heel boots hurt, but they look so good.

:( I miss California
Life is no picnic right now.
I'm praying that I'll have the wisdom to promote myself well.

I think it's a good start, I'm trying to figure out what else I could add to it.
Don't say a mouth, because I've tried... it looks funky because of the way the snout is situated.

Painting!

I'm starting to get the hang of it!
I want some real painted artwork for my Etsy shop.
Although I will be printing some digital pieces as well.
I want to make sure they get printed out correctly, so I'm learning about papers and printing... Its been like 8 years since I learned about printing.
I forget things.

Anyway I digress, but here's my first mini painting for etsy.
It's a lot like the octopus hoodie.

I started posting up random photos, and then remembered that I originally got an account long ago to post up my artwork...
So I did, and I found out that it's a great way to connect with other illustrators and promote ones self.

It's wonderful, don't know why it took me so long.

and I never did post up this Donnas fake cake my sister
and I made for a Donnas concert poster...
then set it on fire in the apartment and took pictures
(it looked cooler set on fire).

I actually like setting things on fire.
If I were a felon, I'd totally be an arson.

Thank God Football Season is OVER

I didn't watch the super bowl or go to any party.
I just went thrift shopping and bought some sculpey.
I'm trying to figure out ways to make stuff for an online art store.

This was my test run, so he's really not that great.
I mean he drinks a lot and swears all the time so... what can you do?
